Mums Trip
There is much to remember and new stuff to tell you too. Do you know what? My mum has been off again this time to climb up Mount kilimanjaro with a group of other mad people raising money for charity. I can't see what the attraction is myself. She has put a lot of pictures on facebook and they all look the same, people and a big hill. No furries, or other dogs or toys or anything. Just a very long hot walk as far as I can tell.
I'd be happy to go on a long walk with her in the forest at least we would meet friends to play with and we could paddle in a stream or get buried in leaves. Much more exciting.

Home at last
Bet you've all been wondering where I've been.
Well I'm back home with my mum, and very nice it is too being centre of attention instead of just one of the pack. Although I do miss playing with Rory and flirting with Rosie. Anyway the cats had been having it all their own way for too long without me to put them in their place. I think you could say that things are back to normal now I'm back.
it is a bit more difficult to get onto a computer so you might not hear from me every day but don't be downhearted I won't abandon you! there is still lots to tell you, some of it from my travels and also of course the usual day to day stuff.
Talk to you soon!

A cunning plan foiled!
When Aunty Barb started to put them back into the cage I waited until the first one was safely in and then I hid under the cage. Just as she opened the door of the cage to put the second one in I jumped in and landed right in the middle of living area. The black rabbit ran into the bedroom and I was just about to run in after it when Auntie Barb caught me and dumped me on the floor!
Just you wait, I will get one before I go home!
Another Arty day!

Rabbits
Then Big Boots came out and asked me to stop, but it was way too exciting so I ran faster. Round and round I went with Big boots trying to catch me, but I was too fast and wriggly. I was having a whale of a time when suddenly a was imprisoned, Big Boots had thrown a washing basket over me and I couldn't get out. He took me indoors and I could only look out of the window and watch those lucky rabbits out in the sun.
I will play with them one day!
Blue Stripes is Back
Big Boots and Lens man
My mum said she would bring me back a present from her holiday, I think it would be nice if she brought me a man to play with. I know they take up a lot of room, but I'm sure we could fit one in somewhere.

Rosie again
I'm Famous!
The Weekend
Blue stripes is still away don't know when she comes back, hope its soon. The rest of the humans kept going to Cheltenham race course to see a load of moggies. seeing as they don't have a cat I'm surprised they would want to go and see them. I can't imagine moggies racing either. I mean Rory and I race round the dining room table and can keep going for at least 5 minures before having to take a breather, but thats beacause we are dogs, cats are stupid and always change the rules. In fact the Auntie Barb said that there were about 3 and a half thousand moggies there yesterday. It must have been chaos. I wish I could have gone, I would have sorted them out. You just have to show them who's boss. Aunty Barb says that Charles Morgan is the boss and he had them all under control. She also says that at going home time at least two thousand moggies all starated thier engines at the same time and you could feel the growl as well as hear it. Sounds pretty frightning to me. How ever they seemed to enjoy it and at least they didn't bring one home with them, thank goodness.

I can do art
Rory has shown me all about the benefits of chewing cones. they are good roughage (whatever that is) and you can arrange the bits artisically around the room making patterns on the carpet. Strangely the humans don't seem to appreciate this art. Anyway i spent some time chewing and arranging. i was very pleased with the results.
When Aunty Barb came home she went into a hoovering frenzy, first she hoovered the carpet (spoiling all my work) then she went into the garden and started hoovering the grass. She didn't manage to finish it as it started to rain.
Ooh! looks like some more people are coming to meet me! Lens mans friends Matt, Chris and Kate have come to see me. They didn't stay long, they have gone to the Huntley Beer festival. Sounds like fun standing in the rain drinking beer and dancing to a band. must say the band is very loud I can hear it indoors with the doors and windows shut. I have tried barking at it but it doesn't make any difference. Can't hear me I suppose. I can hear Big Boots coming home must go so as to be ready to greet him properly.
Walkies and furry animals
I do like to rest my head on something when I have a doze. Lens mans shoes are just the right height and nice soft suede so they do very well. I have also found that i can snuggle up very nicely with Rory, but it does make me jump when he gets up quickly.
By the way it is very nice hearing mums comments, its good to know how much I am missed -serves her right for not taking me with her. I would have been no trouble. It has just occured to me that there are no cats here. i think some might be nearby because there is sometimes a faint scent but I can't work out where they are. But there is something else here that seems very interesting. There is a big box on legs outside and there are 3 furry animals living in it. They don't seem to talk dog beacause I have tried talking to them and they don't answer. I think my mum shouls have a big box made for the cats it would keep them off my back, and she could let them out when I need a game! If I find out what they are I will let you know. Got to go, Blue stripes is packing a bag, maybe she's going away and will take me with her.

Rosie
But then I met Rosie she is Blonde and beautiful, a little smaller than me, she is a bit older than me but I like older women. Her hobbies are very similar to mine, for instance laying on her back with her paws in the air. Here she is and I think you'll agree she is stunning
So anyway spent the next 1/2 hour having a bit of an explore. I found a big bean bag which smelt all doggie so a lifted my leg to add my smell. Blue streaks saw me and was not pleased she told me off and put me in my bed. Only for a few minutes though, so not to bad. While I was in bed AUnty barb was unpacking all my stuff, when she saw my chicken she said it looked very nice and would do for thier tea one night. I think she was joking but will have to keep my eye on her. The house is bigger than my mums but there are many more paws in it so it seems very busy. Then someone else came in, His name is Adam and I hadn't met him before. I think he will be easy to train because I had him tickling my tummy in no time. He is a bit weird though, half the time he has a camera in front of his face, think I might call him lens man. Mind you he took these pictures for me and helped me upload them so he is very kind. Thanks lens man!
Just when I thought there was no more room for anyone else Steve came in - the first thing I saw was his big boots then he picked me up and realised who it was - I wriggled and wagged and he made real fuss of me. Mind you I had to wait until he had greeted the others first - can't think why I'm much more fun.
Later on we had tea but I wasn't very hungry, I drank my milk and thought I would save my food for later. Well when I next looked Charlie was head first in my dish gobbling it up - I thought old ones had no appetite, what a load of rubbish! Will have to keep my eye on him as well. Must go blue streaks says we are going for a walk over the fields now, will kep you informed - see you later.
Tired!

Blue Stripes
Holiday time
Anyway, we ended up at mums work where I said hello to everyone (boss lady had gone home) and had my tummy tickled lots. I remembered auntie Barbara and auntie Zoe because they had come to my mums house and visited us when there was lots of food and cake. Mum said it was a garden party. It was fun seeing everyone again and they all said how much I had grown since they saw me last. Eventually all my stuff was moved into auntie Barbara's car and I sat on Auntie Zoes lap and off we went with mummy waving and looking sad.
